We're sorry to see you go. You can request the deletion of your Zwier account and all associated data by following the steps below.
How to delete your account
- Open the Zwier app on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- Your event memberships and RSVP responses
- Your expense records and settlement history
- Your poll votes, task assignments, and itinerary contributions
- Your push notification tokens
Data retention
Account deletion is processed immediately. Some anonymized data (e.g. aggregated analytics) may be retained as it is not linked to your identity. Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be fully purged from our systems.
Event data you contributed to (e.g. expenses, itinerary items) may remain visible to other event members in anonymized form to maintain the integrity of shared records.
